Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is defective
• The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Request Process

• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• A clear, unedited box opening video is mandatory to process any return, exchange, or refund request.
• The video must clearly show the package being opened and the product condition.

Requests without a valid box opening video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• No box opening video provided
• Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Minor color or design variations (due to lighting, photography, or screen differences)
• Return request raised after 7 days of delivery

Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• In case of returns, reverse shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable).
